Virtual Hapalua Festival Apr 1-30

The Hapalua is the largest half marathon in Hawaii, organized by the Honolulu Marathon Association. Run or walk 5k, 10k or the Hapalua half- marathon. You can do one, two or all three distances! We usually start on the beach in Waikiki, but this year you can start and finish your race anywhere in the world!.

San Antonio Book Festival Apr 9-11

We will be using an online platform called Accelevents to run the festival, which will allow us to offer book clubs, groups of friends, and classes the opportunity to chat privately among themselves during an event. There will be also a "networking" capability to mimic the in-person festival, where attendees can meet one another and talk about which events they're attending and enjoying.

Living Earth Virtual Festival Apr 23-26

In celebration of Earth Day, the National Museum of the American Indian's annual Living Earth Festival will be available on demand over four days. Living Earth brings together Native innovators and practitioners dedicated to using Indigenous knowledge to protect and sustain the environment. Through cooking demonstrations, conversations and film screenings, this year's festival explores agriculture trends, innovations and sustainability in Indigenous communities and Native-owned businesses.

5th Ave Arts Festival Apr 24 - May 3

A celebration of the rich cultural Heritage of a Historic African American Community, using the arts and other activities. This year will be virtual event and all vendor and artist "booths" will be free. The festival began in the summer of 1979 when group University of Florida students and community residents joined together to organize an event to share and promote the rich cultural history of the Fifth Avenue/Seminary Lane community.

The Take Back the Night Foundation’s mission as a charitable 501(c)(3) Foundation is to end sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual abuse and all other forms of sexual violence. Philly’s All City Jazz Festival Apr 30

An all-day virtual event, featuring student performances and Masterclasses led by Philly POPS and Philly POPS Jazz Orchestra of Philadelphia artists. Students, parents, and the public will be invited to tune into the virtual performances. The program includes the All-City Jazz Showcase, presenting the most accomplished jazz students of the School District of Philadelphia.

Rebuilding Legacy: Inclusivity and Equity in dance. Guest artist will be Los Angeles Choreographer, James Gregg. Throughout the weekend there will be performances, films, dance sessions and demonstrations.
